Can boost converter use type III compensation?

Can the RHP be dealed with the type III compensation, because the extra zero.
 

Depends what you mean by "dealt with." The RHP zero will always be there; nothing that can be done about it. It's just another part of the open loop transfer function to be dealt with. Often you'll be forced to place your crossover frequency below the frequency of the RHP zero. But by using constant off time control, the frequency of the zero can be increased, allowing for better bandwidth.
