plz tell me the exact number of I/O you want to use and i think you sketch it on paper and done it using PLC ...........no simulator u will need for it
using PLC is very expensive for such simple circuit if only 2 - 5 level. I suggest you to use Contactor and limit switch.. more easier to maintenance. and spare part replacement. Go for free sample of simulation for education purpose. https://www.metacafe.com/watch/1273284//
