Need a little help identifying a part on my laptop motherboard. I am fairly sure it's a transistor but i can't quite make out the second letter of the SMD code. i couldn't get a picture due to the size but i think this is a pretty good rendering. it is SOT23 I believe. it measures 1mm x 3mm x 1mm roughly. It is from my Toshiba A85-s107 laptop motherboard about halfway between the cpu and the video processor. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Ok it took me another couple days searching but I found it finally. Thanks everyone for at least reading the post. For those who may be wondering, it is a BAS16 switching diode by siemens.

Hi,
Are you shure pls?
I think, if its "Ab", can be a transistor too (from SMD Book):
BCW60B, ITT, NPN, SOT23, BCY58-viii
