All the power connections are listed from page 128 onwards in the data sheet. The pin numbers are different from one package to another so you should refer to the diagrams. Also note the optimal power-up sequence as mentioned on page 54. You can apply power in any order but following the guidelines will keepp the current consumption to minimum.
