A bit more info would be appreciated. Where did you get the chip, is it from a Silitek product, and if so what product. It seems Silitek make equipment, so you may struggle to find out what the chip does directly. If its from, say, a scanner you may get a service manual with more info.
In my personal opinion this chip has another partnumber and producer company could erase chip part number and write its own code.Because notice please every chip producer has a characteristic logo, font and part number design.This chip seems to be written afterwards.Rgrds,
it is a membrane type keyboard controller
so is a cmos type rather than an array and controller
sometimes called a controller less controller even though it has a controller
