Can a multi core SoC with RF IO have two separate antennas

This question is purely hypothetical and just in theory but if you take a SoC such as the ones used for mobile devices and assuming this SoC has multi processor core but one common shared IO circuits (shared between each core) can each core operate using a its own dedicated antenna ? You can use as an example the Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC IC.

Qualcomm divided high RF and mid-RF and low-RF for WTR IC.
Which IC of QCT do you mean?
