Can a Arduino Pro Mini 3.3V run on a CR2032 for a few minutes say 5 minutes. I am making a Remote Control where XBee Pro (3.3V), mikroe SpeakUp (3.3V) and a Arduino Mini Pro 3.3V are powered by a CR2032 and a SPDT slide switch is used to turn ON/OFF Battery power (Power Saving). I switch on power only when I have to use Remote Control and then turn OFF power. My SpeakUp voice commands doesn't exceed 3 seconds. So I power on for 5 to 10 seconds and then turn OFF power. I want to know can I use CR2032 for this purpose.

Hi,

Try it, write a little routine to save some data in ram and see if its still there when full power is restored.
