Calibrate the oscilloscope THS710 of Tektronix

Hello, I have the oscilloscope THS710 of Tektronix.
The last calibration is on 1999 and I need recalibrate these oscilloscope.

Somebody know how calibrate this device? I need calibrate 1 channel because have differences about 1 volt.
