hi everyone,
we are using a 89c51rd2 for driving 4 motors using L293D drivers via a serial transmission for PC.how can i find out the total power dissipation in circuit??
i don much @ power dissipation calculation?? please suggest me if there are any sites giving basic information about these calculation
thanking in advance...!!

Hi,

You are using 4 stepper motors. Based on the number of motors used the power consumption will vary. For seeing this you can connect a ammeter before your circuit serially. It will show the current consumption of your circuit and multiply the value with the supply voltage what you are giving. Then you are getting the power consumption of your circuit.........
