loss due to wire bonding

can any one please tell me the loss due to wire bonding .Is there any formula for this ?

hi,
there is a rule of thumb:

1mm thin wire equals 1nH inductance
should be easy to calculate admittance and
even calculate or model with this

hope this helps

If some one wants to calculate loss without expensive software then what is the solution?
