I want to find C1 and C2 from the electric field distributions. The whole structures are PECs.
Is anybody can suggest me to solve this problem?

Hi doooo,

Use the definition of capacitance and Gauss' Law. Specifically, ∫D•ds = Q and C = Q/V.

If you're looking for something more specific, you'll have to indicate what software you're using.
