Hi Friends!
I have downloaded NCSU CDK from official site, but i can not find any *.tlf files there to run Cadence Encounter and perform post-synthesis and layout simulation.
Please advice me some library to use with Cadence Encounter flow for educational purposes which allows to perform this simulation.
