Cadence LVS Problem, help please!!!!

Hi

Does anyone know how to connect 3 terminals of the bondpad both in layout and schematic cell in cadence cmosp13, IBM kit, to get LVS for it?

What, exactly, is your problem? If you'd show a picture of your bondPad schematic and/or bondPad layout, you probably could get help.
 

Usually bondpad is modellled as a big capacitance with only two terminals.

Which are the three terminals that you are trying to connect?
