Cadence IC50 "Stream in" problem?

primary cell

I got a "stream out" GDSII file from IC446..
when I run "stream in" in IC5 ,then occur error!

FATAL (299): Stream Out was unable to find a primary cell in the input database. Check the value of the `Primary Cell' option.
 

stream-in problem in cadence

It seems you had specified a primary cell that doesn't exist in the gdsii file.
Try to leave the Primary Cell blank.
