Hello.
MATLAB has a nifty function whereby it can email a user when its main simulation process has finished (very very useful for longer simulations). Matlab can also email you the .mat and .fig files for your simulation.
Various functions such as long analogue simulations, digital synthesis as well as DRC and LVS runs can also take a few days depending on system complexity. I know that cadence raises an internal flag once the simulation has finished. Has anyone get it to email the user (obviously by returning a message to the terminal) that can email the user?
If so I'd be very interested.
