Has anyone have experience with Cadence diva Extraction Rule Modification? I need to add some of my own stuff in Diva Extraction rule. I have heard that some people has modified it and add something in it.
 

What devices do you want to add into the rule deck? Please upload the original rule deck file.
 

you should be careful to write a rule for bjt or diode.
