What do you need accurately?
Do you want a circuit that can tell you that is the cable intact or not ? isn't it ?

Well
You can use 3 buzzer with 3 transistor , and the bases are test probes and the power supply is common pin. or with 3 LED and a battery you can do it simply.

the cable is too long(more than 20m) and constructed at fixed places
i need to make a device with two part to be free to check it
