Cable clone LCR network.

Hi

I'm trying to create a cable clone LCR network to emulate belden 8281 cable, at various lengths, to test the output stage of a 601 serialiser. I'm having trouble finding any information on formulas, circuits or recommendations; can anybody give me a few pointers or recommend a good website to go to.
