C8051f430 usb c# detect devices but cannot send any data

I am studying UHF RFID and I want to send data from my PC to RFID reader and receive the value data through USB. In the RFID module has MCU C8051F430 connected to USB block.

I built a C# interface and I connected to virtual USB on Proteus and it worked well. I can sent data to PIC18F4550 and receive data from it.

That is my simulation file.
Unfortunately, when I connect to RFID reader where C8051F430 is a MCU. Although my firmware can detect the device but I cannot send any data to it. At that time I still don't know why.

I am a newbie please help me out
