c program for microcontroller

hi
i am doing project using 8051 built in adc.
i am not able to write code to detect the adc port
and divide the reading in the equal bit pattern
can any on tell me the logic or steps to do this

89C52 does not have a built in ADC. You will either have to use a controller that has an ADC or use an external adc.
 

If your are using cygnal controller then try their test code..moreover explain you problem in more details..

Use Microchip's PIC microcontroller with built in ADC. It is very cheap. I can help u with the code.
