C,N,O vs Freq and Z,R,X vs Freq for Common Mode Choke on -48V power bus.

We are currently using a common mode choke to provide EMI control of a -48V bus feeding telecom circuitry.
We have to use an alternate common mode choke due to availability.
Looking at the datasheets, the impedance plot of common, normal, open vs. frequency is compatible from DC to 10GHz.
However, a second plot of Z, R, and X is not as good. The Z peak value (at 1G Hz) of the current part is 160 ohms where as the Z peak of the alternate (at 1G Hz) is 50 ohms. For our application of controlling EMI for -48V/-48VRTN, which of these plots is more important? Should I be concerned that the peak Z is so much less with the alternate part even though the other plot is ok?
