I was using TC 3.0 compiler on my 32-bit Windows 7, but can't use it with 64-bit Windows 7.

Therefore, suggest a similar compiler.

Even as I use Dev-Cpp, I use TC 3.0 for reference on the built in function available in C header files like math.h etc

IF there is anything similar, please advise

no such similar compiler like tc 3.0
one reason is it is dos compiler.
you can get windows compiler.

i suggest you to go for mingw.
you must learn mingw structure though it is similar like tc3.0
and have all the headers same as you use.
visit:

www.mingw.org

mingw is the simplest and recommended windows compiler.

i have suggested mingw and asked you to learn the structure
as there is no ide that comes with it.
turboc users are accustmed to built in ide.
so newbies will find it somewhat different as there is no ide.
