I want to read image in pixel and find out which pixel is which colour and store into binary formate another file..... I am trying to write this code in C language .....pls help me .

why don't you try using matlab..
this can be easily done in matlab

install matlab then open function browser .
function browser contains the commands for different fields
e.g you will find useful commands in image processing folder in function browser...

I think you need some lib to open an image file. You may try OpenCV free image processing lib.
