I have the uC/OS-ii book and source CD and have run the install program. Chapter 1 of the book jumps in at the point where the kernel can be run on my PC in a DOS command window.
I need some step by step procedures and my searches have been unsuccessful. Will someone provide a link to a tutorial on building this rtos?
I am running Windows 7 on my PC and have an ARM-Cortex evaluation board on order.
Thank you.

Here are a few links concerning uC/OS-II development with Vista and Windows 7:

Running PC Utility for uCOS-II with Microsoft Windows Vista in 1 Hour

The above guidelines were developed from the link below:

uC/OS-II - WIN32 Port for 32bit Windows Operating Systems

Another option is to use VirtualPC with a Virtual XP PRO Machine as a development platform. I have tested this technique with many 32-bit applications that are not compatible with the current 64-bit OSs.

VirtualPC with Windows XP PRO is available for download for Windows 7 users.
