BTB24 triacs leakage - Is this the typical behavior?

Hi,

I have tried purchase from 2 source for the triacs component BTB24.
Both results, I encounter leakage 230Vac although
it is not activated.

Is this the typical behavior for BTB24?
I have tried BTB13, it is working fine.
