BSIM 4 model file into cadence orcad 16.5 ??

guys
i want to integrate BSIM4 models to my orcad tool
i choose BREAKOUT ==> MBREAK4 ==> right click ==> edit pspice mode
PSPICE MODEL editor opend with txt file .model Mbreakn NMOS
do i copy my nmos section of BSIM4 model file here OR


OR i clicked new model tab ==> using templates ==> choosing option power mosfets
simulation parameters window opend ==> 36 parameters are there which can be edited //


but i dont know how to put bsim4 models in this 36 parameters are differnt


please respond ?? ?? ??

Follow the first method. This should modify the breakout part model as per your new model parameter assigned by you.
