broccoli18

Hi, i found this programmer for pic 18F family on internet.
**broken link removed**
It works?
(Sorry sorry for english!)

Re: Broccoli18 Programmer

No idea - but with so few parts worth a try !

If it did work, think everyone would be using it...

Suggest you buy a proper Pickit2 or even build your own as detailed in an recent post below.

Broccoli18 Programmer

The said programmer is based on parellel port which is almost obselute. Have a try on some new USB based versions of pic programmers suck as PicKit2 from AU electronics, Junebug from Blueroom electronics, or buy a tiny pocket size PIC programmer from **broken link removed**. Good luck

Re: Broccoli18 Programmer

Hello, I have the picstartplus but without the PUM module, then I can't program my 18f4410.
In any case, I can not use Broccoli18 because the program to write the HEX file does not work on my pc. (Windows 7 x64)
Is urgent (I need to Monday), someone has a simple programmer scheme without components such as IC, Zeners etc.?
(Sorry for english ^_____^)
