Hi guys
I am new into design of broadband Low noise distributed amplifier MMIC using pHEMT device. I am unable to design the dc biasing scheme for the same. Atleast 4 stages would be used for the amplifier design. I want to know how different it is to bias a regular LNA MMIC and a low noise DA MMIC.
Tutorials would be very useful.
