Dear all,

I know that if doping level becomes lower, then breakdown voltage becomes higher.

And I understand that reason with energy band model.

But I cannot explain that using cross-section. (with terms of E-field, depletion region, electron....etc.,)

Can anyone explain me please?

Regards,
Thanks.

I hope you must go for Milliman & Halkias(yellow one). I dont remember the chapter exactly but ithink its second or third..all your doubts will be cleared.
