I have a training file for Boundary and Excitation in HFSS. Hope it is useful for some of u
 

hopefully this one will be some help i am stuck, this program is too hard to use

sorry, too many pms request for the file, i can't reply them all.
But just like djexplo pointed out, u can download the file from ansoft website which I didn't know at the first.
So if any guys want it, check the ansoft website.

Note that the above mentioned training seminars from the Ansoft website are for the version 8.0 and 8.5, which is a lot different from Version 9.
