PIC16F877 is Not Recommended for new design

Use PIC16F877A and review migration doc:

The programming algorithm for the 877A is different and much faster.

Anyone know how to design the core circuit for automonous robot? using PIC 16F877?the core circuit has to connect to sensor driver and motor driver for interfacing
