If u want to learn analog design in CMOS then u can go for
1)CMOS Analog circuit design by Phillip Allen and douglas holberg
2)Analog Integrated circuit design by David A Johns and Ken Martin
3)Design of Analog CMOS IC by Behzad Razavi

Which part do u mean,CMOS macufacture process or CMOS circuit design?
The book that specially introduces CMOS macufacture process is not many,but the book that introduces CMOS circuit design is many,u might refer to Chethan's post.Furthermore, those books also introduce some CMOS process!
