Hi!

I need a code that can solve problems involving bodies of revolution. I have access to CST and HFSS but they're just too slow for the applications I have in mind. The geometries consist of both PEC and dielectric surfaces.

I know of two codes:
Quickwave-V2d
Mafia

Does anyone have any other ideas?

I am also need to simulat bodeis of revolution
i want to simulat optical fiber in FDTD

please what is this codes

Quickwave-V2d
Mafia

and if you have a code in c or c++ please put it here or mail it to me

mnas1000@yahoo.com

thanks

They are commercially available 2D codes. Just google the names and you will find information.

No free software in source form exists for this type of problem that I'm aware of.
