i want to make jamming circuit but i ask about its board design as we work on high freq. range so board design has great effect on the circuit efficiency.

so if any one plz send me any tips about how to select the pcb type& how to route the routing wires and using what software.

You can use PCAD2001 or higher version, OrCAD etc etc for the PCB Design.
Here is the different tutorials/Files for RF PCB design.
