whats the VCO phase noise requirement for Bluetooth at 1 MHz offset?
 

Phase Noise < -60dBc @ 1MHz
Settling Time <200usec
 

my specs for Bluetooth are

-84 dBc/Hz @50kHz
-123 dBc/Hz @3MHz
-145 dBc/Hz @noise floor
