Hi all,

There is blowup error when simulating switched-capacitor amplifier with spectre. However, it does not happen when I put ideal capacitors. Is there any idea?

which cap you used? what the error say?

Re: Blowup error when simulating switched-capacitor amplifie

The cap used is PiP cap. The error message is

Error found by spectre at time = 21.6103ns during transient analysis 'tran'.
Signal V(I15.C15.c1.hn1) = -1.05635GV exceeds the blowup limit for the
quantity 'V' which is (1 GV). It is likely that the circuit is
unstable. If you really want signals this large, set the 'blowup'
parameter of this quantity to a larger value.
