[SOLVED] Bldc Motor controller Mosfet Circuit

hello guys,
I found in all bldc controller that at MOSFET side the gate and source is connected with resistor and capacitor for both high side and low side. i don not know what kind of circuit is that and the reason for it.
I have uploaded the image below.


Kindly help me figure it out.

I can not remember to have seen this circuits before...and I've seen a couple BLDC circuits.

If it's in "all" ... then I expect it to be in the application notes, too...and I expect an explanation there.
