BIOS Master Password Generator for Laptops

I have a problem in my Sony Vaio laptop with 3 times error in BIOS password and when I tried 3 times I found on the screen:

Service Tag C600ULX2

Please help me to solve my problem with BIOS code

did you try removing the battery [the small round 'button' type] for a few minutes, and then re-inserting?
