Biomedical Project -ECG Signal analysis

I am planning to do a project on Biomedical Instrumentation.I have decided to do a project that involves ecg signal acquisition.I have to decide a filter for this purpose,but I can't find the Fourier transform of an ecg signal.Any help in this regard would be much appreciated.Thanks in Advance.
