binary compiled with arm-linux-as giving segmentation fault.

Hi,
I have compiled ARM assembly program with arm-linux-as. after that linked usind
arm-linux-ld. when i run the binary on the arm target board it is giving
segmentation fault. On target board Linux os is running.
