bin and objective file to hex converter

anyone know any windows xp based bin to hex converter. bkz my programmer only support intel hex format.my machine do not support dos based application.plz help me out.

What is your used toolchain, target compiler, and programmer?

actually i got a redimate .BIN and .OBJ file. my sunrom programer only support .HEx
so i have to convert it .am using windows xp so need a comparable file converter.
