Big 7 segment led display

Hi edabaorder,
Could some one refert me to a PNP transistor capable of supporting the current demanded by the 7 Seg displayers. Each segment require 80mA so the max current needed per displayer is 640mA ?

Actually, In my country lots of components are not available. People are only familiar with popular circuits like ULN, PICs, Maxims, BCXXX transistors and the 74 logic family.

I'm trying to lower the cost of the circuit by avoiding the use of sourcing aray darlington that's why I used PNP transistors.
Is there a PNP BC transistor supporting the high current ?
