Biasing BJT Power Amplifiers

I am going through BJT Power Amplifier designs, and papers, and get the dreaded -- biasing circuit not shown.

What is the proper way(s) to bias a bjt power amplifier ?

anyone have any schematics or circuits, papers, references,
