Bias for PE45450 Power limiter

Hi ,
Please support me a problem. I want to protect RF input about 47dBm and PE45450 is suittable for my application. PE45450 is biased by -2.5V. Can I connect GND pin to 2.5V and Vctrl to 0V for bias -2.5V.

No, I don't think you can use the circuit (at such relative high power) with this kind of floating ground.
Also keep in mind, PE45450 support maximum +47dBm only in pulsed mode (0.1% duty cycle).
