Hi folks,

Currently I use four identical bias ckts to generate currents for 4 different channels. To save the layout area, I can use only one bias circuit to bias 4 groups.

I cannot use simple current mirror to do this because of noise issues.

Can anyone here recommend a bias ckt?

BTW, I have a stable voltage input generated by bandgap.

Thx

Do you fear cross-talk between the 4 groups or device noise?

hi
i do not think you can do it like that,if one is low ,and all low.you can use one power supply cricuit to four channels ,and you 'd better use 4*100UF E-CAP at the same.
u use simple current mirror ,i do not know weather the Voltage will be right.
