Hi Sir/Madam,

Can anyone share the best method to determine the leakage current
for digital block?

hi cafukarfoo

load ur design (reading both netlist and some standard cell delay file )in prime time or PT-PX tool -- you can easily determine leakage current for each and every cell in ur digital block
