Hi, I am looking for the best book to learn Electronic Circuit Design (Analog and Digital).

I am looking for a book that describes how to use circuit components to design circuits.

I am looking for a book that describes the purposes and when to use the individual circuit components (R, C, diodes, inductors, transistors, etc...).
