Hi,

Can any one suggest me cheap and best PIC hardware simulator to simulate PIc 16f 84 and other series.

Best and Cheap is Proteus....... Proteus uses less system resources less in size and easy to operate........

So in my opinion u should have to use proteus..... you can find its full version easily by googling it.....
