Hi all -

I have been reading quite a few papers about optical communication and came across several different graphs/results on receiver sensitivity. One example is, https://www.inphi.com/products/whitep...ZNRZ_final.pdf , page # 3.

Does any one know how to plot the graph shown in page#3 of the above paper? I can't seem to find this feature in excel.
