BER from Eye Diagram!!!!

hi ,
I have plotted the eye diagram using commscope. eyediagram. I want to plot BER from eye diagram(not by using matlab function) for which I need values of mean of 1s and 0s and standard deviation. how can i read these values ? I have a fixed input sequence and have got an output sequence with noise.
